1.3 Our clinic details, contact details and, where applicable, details of our CQC registration and latest CQC rating are available on this Site.

2.1 By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

3.2 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any patient-specific terms, the patient-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

5.4 A doctor-patient relationship will arise only if and when we agree to provide professional services to you and any applicable patient terms and consent processes have been completed.

5.6 If you believe you may have a medical emergency, you should call 999 or attend A&E immediately. Do not rely on this Site, email or general website forms for urgent or emergency medical help.

16.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall, to the extent required, be treated as deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
16.3 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not amount to a waiver of that provision or any other right.
16.4 These Terms are between you and us only. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales.
17.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there if applicable law permits.
