SAME-WEEK ACCESS AND SAME-DAY ULTRASOUND WHERE APPROPRIATE
Patients can often be seen within the same week, and clinical ultrasound and selected blood tests may be arranged during the consultation when suitable.

Where needed, we can arrange formal imaging, perform biopsy of skin lesions, offer selected same-day minor procedures, and provide a treatment and follow-up plan.
WHAT WE ASSESS AND TREAT
BREAST ASSESSMENT
We assess breast lumps, breast pain, nipple discharge, nipple changes, and other breast symptoms, and we also offer second opinions after previous assessment, diagnosis, or treatment planning.
GENERAL SURGICAL ASSESSMENT
We assess hernias, gallbladder-related symptoms, cysts, lipomas, skin lumps, and other general surgical concerns, with clear advice on the most appropriate next steps.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your consultation includes a detailed history, clinical examination, and discussion of your symptoms and concerns. Where appropriate, same-day clinical ultrasound can be performed as part of the consultation. If formal diagnostic imaging is needed, referral is arranged. Biopsy of skin lesions and selected same-day minor surgical procedures can also be performed where suitable. You will leave with clear advice, a treatment plan, and follow-up recommendations.

Mr Noyko Stanilov, MD, MSc, PhD, FRCS, is a Consultant Oncoplastic, Reconstructive Breast and General Surgeon on the GMC Specialist Register. He has over 21 years of surgical experience, including more than 15 years in breast surgery, and has been an NHS consultant since 2019. His academic work includes 20+ peer-reviewed publications (tumour biology and cancer genetics) reflecting a sustained contribution to surgical research and clinical practice.
