CONDITIONS WE ASSESS AND TREAT
Our consultant-led clinic offers expert assessment and management of a wide range of breast and general surgical conditions. These include breast symptoms such as lumps, pain, nipple changes, or discharge, as well as benign and malignant breast conditions. We also check and treat hernias (in the groin and belly button), gallbladder problems like gallstones, lumps in the skin and soft tissue such as cysts and lipomas, haemorrhoids and other issues around the anus, and general stomach pain.
⚠️ Please note: sudden or severe abdominal pain requires urgent care via A&E or 999, as we do not provide emergency services.
PRIVATE SURGICAL PROCEDURES AND ASSESSMENTS
We provide thorough breast checks for symptoms, which include a physical exam and, if needed, imaging and biopsy to make sure we diagnose correctly and outline a clear treatment plan. General surgical assessments include personalised treatment plans and coordinated care. We also provide safe, consultant-performed minor procedures on-site, such as removal of skin lumps, cysts, lipomas, suspicious lesions, and treatment of ingrown toenails. Access to breast and general surgery is also available through our partner facility, THE REAL Clinic. Check our blog page to use our reliable patient resources to stay informed.

SML Surgical Care provides specialised services for breast surgery and general surgical care, delivered by a GMC-registered consulting surgeon. Using advanced techniques and a compassionate approach, we offer safe, effective treatment tailored to each patient’s needs. As an independent clinic, we provide competitive pricing, no hidden costs, and rapid access to care, with same-week appointments often available and no long NHS waiting lists.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Appointments last 30–45 minutes and include a detailed medical history, clinical examination, health assessments, diagnosis, and discussion of treatment options. We welcome self-referrals and GP referrals, and patients leave with a clear management plan and ongoing post-operative support.
